ICONS MEDIA HOLDINGS – MASTER TERMS OF SERVICE

This document governs the use of all platforms under the Icons Media Holdings umbrella. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms across our entire portfolio of trading companies.
1. ELIGIBILITY & 18+ REQUIREMENT
All services operated by Icons Media Holdings and its subsidiaries are strictly intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older.
By creating an “Icons Account,” you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Users may allow minor children to use Interactive & Utility Apps (under the Iconese Play banner) only under the direct supervision of the adult account holder.
2. THE ICONS ECOSYSTEM
Your Icons Account provides unified access across our integrated trading companies:
Iconese Studios – Creative AI generation, screenplay conversion, and visual production
Iconese Publishing – E-commerce and literary publishing platform for digital/physical distribution and author marketing
Iconslive – Real-time social broadcasting and live engagement
Iconese Play – Gaming, interactive experiences, digital diaries, and utility applications
Iconese.TV – Digital broadcasting and video-on-demand streaming
Iconese Music – Audio production, music streaming, and sound distribution
3. USER CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Publishing & Marketing
Authors retain copyright to original manuscripts. By utilizing Iconese Publishing marketing services, you grant the Company a license to use book assets (covers, excerpts) for promotional purposes.
Studios
AI-generated outputs (screenplays/images) are licensed to the user for professional use, subject to the Fair Use Policy below.
Live & TV
Users grant the Company a license to host, archive, and display live broadcasts and uploaded video content.
Music
Artists retain rights to original compositions while granting the Company a license for distribution under specific artist agreements.
4. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
To ensure a safe environment across all platforms, we enforce a Zero Tolerance policy for:
Harassment, bullying, or hate speech
Graphic nudity (pornography) or explicit sexual content
Illegal acts or promotion of unlawful activities
Plagiarism or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material
Violation may result in content removal or account termination.
5. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & FAIR USE
Billing, Sales & Shipping
Purchases are processed via secure third-party gateways (Apple, Google, Stripe).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
For physical book orders and merchandise (Iconese Publishing), please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery. Shipping times vary by location and carrier.
Fair Use Policy (Iconese Studios)
“Unlimited” features are defined as:
Up to 50 Screenplay Conversions per billing cycle
Up to 1,000 4K AI Image Generations per billing cycle
Automated bot scripts or unauthorized reselling may result in account throttling or suspension.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation:
You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Digital Goods:
Due to AI processing costs and digital licensing, all digital sales are final.
Physical Goods (Iconese Publishing):
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
6. LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
AI & Marketing Disclaimer
Iconese Studios provides creative assistance but does not guarantee industry-standard compliance. Iconese Publishing marketing services do not guarantee specific sales volumes. Users remain responsible for all creative and commercial outputs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icons Media Holdings’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service or product in the preceding twelve (12) months.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Icons Media Holdings is registered.
